Add Descriptions to WBS Tasks
Many WBS tasks lack a proper description of the work to be done and the expected outcome. Run through all WBS tasks and fix at least the tasks that are referred to from the actions assigned to the iteration plans and tasks that will be relevant to address in the nearest future.
However, there may be some tasks that we still lack knowledge about and that may not be relevant in the short term. These tasks may be left untouched for now, but must be revised as soon as we have the knowledge about them to write a proper description.
