Check the logs

Change directory to the ingest directory, e.g. 

cd ingest-0.1/doms-ingest-0.0.1

Read the file log/ingest.log

Check that a log messages exist on level ERROR describing that carReview.xml could not be ingested.

Check the report

Read the file failure/review/errors.log

It should mention only the carReview.xml file and why it was not ingested.

Check the file failure/review/carReview.xml exists.

Check the Fedora repository

Go to http://localhost:7900/fedora/search

Search for doms:*

There should be 29 objects.

There should not be an object with PID doms:car_review
