It should mention only the {{{carReview.xml}}} file and why it was not ingested.

Check the file {{{failure/review/carReview.xml}}} exists.

== Check the Fedora repository ==

Go to http://localhost:7900/fedora/search

Search for doms:*

There should be 29 objects.
