Extends doms:ContentModel_File

Objects of doms:ContentModel_ImagePreservationFile represent File objects for files that have been characterized and found to be of image formats that we can preserve for the long term. At the moment this is the Tiff version 6 format.

In the "FORMAT_URI" attribute to the "CONTENTS" datastream, which all objects of doms:ContentModel_File must have, the possible values are restricted to

  • "fmt/10" (tiff version 6)
