DOMS_admin_rights

DOMS_admin_rights is an object of type [:DataModel/Type_rights: Type_rights]. It is part of the DOMS base collection and functions as the bottom of the "hasRights" relations-tree. It defines the basic rights that apply to the entire DOMS repository.
