DOMS_base_collection
DOMS_base_collection is an object of type Type_collection. It is (part of) the DOMS base collection and functions as the bottom of the "isPartOfCollection" relations-tree. It represents the collection that is the entire DOMS repository.
The only objects that should have a "isPartOfCollection" relation to Collection are those in the DOMS base collection and new Collection objects representing entire collections. Examples of such include the Gentofte Collection, but not it's sub-collections, if any.
