Release test step: Generate Summa Index

Generate the summa index, cluster and facets, and install the webservice. Summa should thereafter be running.

cp *.war ../fedora_install/tomcat/webapps/

The tricky step here is index.sh. Inspect its logfile in summa-index-build-4327/log/logfile.log, to make sure there are only INFO and DEBUG entries.

Once everything completes, you can use the summa on http://localhost:7900/simplesumma
