In the case of old collections the amount and value of the meta-data will vary greatly, this is in part due to varying policies and in part due to the nature of the old collections, for instance [[../Old_Newspaper_Collection| Old newspaper collection]] have mouch of the meta-data embedded in the papers pages, also many one paper have many pages, and thus some data will be relevant to an entire .
