Do this to ingest the small test collections

cd fedora_install/ingest/
mv input/testcollection/data input/testcollection/data2
./bin/ingest.sh base
./bin/ingest.sh bmech
./bin/ingest.sh testcollection
}}}

If you want to ingest the portion of the gentofte collection you made in earlier
{{{
./bin/ingest.sh gentofte
}}}

If the script prints out Ingest succesful after each collection, everything is fine. Any exception stacktraces in the output is a cause for alarm.
