 * Written conclusions on cooperation plan with IT about bit preservation
 * Finished estimation of tasks for trusted repository
 * Documentation guidelines as below finished and reviewed
 * Development guidelines finished and reviewed
 * Development environment testing code for compilation and unit tests at least daily
 * WBS ready
 * Risk analysis accepted by BJA
 * Stakeholders identified, communication plan made and accepted by BJA
