2008-03-31 DOMS Status Meeting

1. System Setup Agreement with Maintenance

This action is done - except access.

2. Scripts

JRG will look at scripts this week. Remember

• The system setup agreement is Tomcat 5.5 - this is new; our Fedora test setup is 5.0
• Our DOMS is Java 1.6, but Fedora and Tomcat are made for 1.5...
• documentation for both maintenance and development
  • for instance: it is important that the Fedora Environment variables are set before the Tomcat is started

3. XSLT's

It took some time to find the right documents to forward to Gitte. It was decided that the user should not see links to material (s)he does not have access rights to. We should talk to Gitte to get a time estimate.

4. Yearbook Collection

BAM will look at this action this week.

5. Minor Tasks

Some reviews are missing, and the disseminator review is probably more a 'make the disseminator work again' kind of thing. JRG will look at these, but everybody should check to see if there are any missing TODO's.

5. Release Test

The actual release test will be releasing the miniDOMS, but we should test the scripts and the yearbook collection ingest locally using SummaOnAStick first. We hope we can start testing in one week and release in two weeks!
