This was just a short informal meeting, but with implications worthy enough for a mention among the other minutes. The reason for the meeting was: As a result of the last two DOMS-planning whole-day meetings, the estimates that we found, and which were presented on this page, showed that with the given manpower we could not make the real DOMS ready enough for De Danske Aviser by April.
2. Outcome
In cooperation with BJA, we decided that the only solution is to dust off the old MiniDOMS and tweak it to contain De Danske Aviser. That solution is not pretty, and it is, in some sense, partly wasted effort because while it is being done, no progression is done on the real DOMS. Nevertheless it seemed our only option. MiniDOMS will save us again, like it has done before. And by April, if all goes well, MiniDOMS will keep political interests satisfied for a while - so we can again concentrate on developing the real DOMS.
