This is the proposed items for release tes 4
 1. Compile a fresh book consisting of the guidelines
 2. Assert that everybody has read that book (described in 1)
 3. Assert that everybody has made a test installation with the test deployment script (with ingested demo objects)
 4. (FIXME: is this needed?) Compile a fresh version of the WBS into a book and make sure everyone has a copy
