Lack of department resources

There is currently focus on not delaying DOMS further due to lack of resources, but we also have a lack of people to keep promises made.

Thus there is a risk of DOMS getting fewer resources.

## E.g. We must react if we hear a hissing sound.
If resources are removed from the DOMS development

## There exists 4 basic reactions:
## 1: Accept the risk.
## 2: Eliminate the cause to the risk.
## 3: Mitigate the probability or the consequence of the risk.
## 4: Delegate the risk to another party, e.g. by outsourcing it or take out insurance for it.

## E.g. We accept the risk and change the tire if we suffer a puncture.
Present estimates and time schedules. Re-iterate importance of DOMS. If resources need to be cut, reevaluate if parts of DOMS can be removed, and get acceptance of this from steering committee.
