Success Criteria

Wish ensurance that copyright holders are not put in a worse position than the present situation. Be it economically, with regard to protection of rights, or restriction on distribution.

Precautionary Measures

Ensure the The State and University Library has the relvant agreements with copyright holders to allow access as it will be given in DOMS.

Ensure access control is effective and sufficient for copyright holders to accept it.
