Release test step: Summa-Ingest The Harvest Output

Verify that no rmiregistry or lucene storage are already running. If they are, kill them. Verify that you do not have Luke opened, it might block the storage without it being apparent.

Start the rmiregistry and the storage. Then perform the ingest of the harvested doms objects.
