Description
It is necessary to build a module that can ingest packages of DOMS material. During ingest the data should be ingested as a valid whole or rejected otherwise. Thus we need to build validation software and ingest software.
This subtask is concerned with the ingest software. The ingest module should take a packaged chunk of data, probably FoxML and data files, and place them in the repository. It is the responsibility of the ingester to ensure that the datafiles are placed in the correct location in the BitFinder, as well as the FoxML files.
The ingester should support transactions and rollback. It should have the nessesary hooks for a validation service.
