== Description ==

It is nessesary to construct software to examine the internal consistency of the DOMS repository. A somewhat complete project with just this goal exist in the shape of RIFF.
We will draw heavily on RIFF, in the completion of this task. 

As part of this Task, we must determine how the DataModel should be specified, as well as which parts of the validation can be made outside of Fedora.

The validator should be general enough to be released as a separate module in Fedora Commons.
