This task encompasses building the actual DOMS repository component. This will be based on [[http://www.fedora-commons.org|Fedora]].

To reach this goal, it is necessary to
 * identify the data we need to be able to model, current as well as near future,
 * build a general metadata model that can describe the identified data, and model it in Fedora,
 * define and setup data storage for actual data files, and
 * build the needed systems to add data to the repository.
