Description

This task encompasses building the actual DOMS repository component. This will be based on [http://www.fedora-commons.org Fedora].

To reach this goal, it is necessary to

identify the data we need to be able to model, current as well as near future,
build a general metadata model that can describe the identified data, and model it in Fedora,
define and setup data storage for actual data files, and
build the needed systems to add data to the repository.
