Documentation
For the process of revealing the needs of the users, we will need one person available from the user-base and one from the design team.
The person from the design team will, on the first two days (2x2md), follow a person from the user-base in order to gain sufficient knowledge of the users challenges to make a first draft for user approval/alteration.
The other two days will be spent documenting the experiences gained.
