Description
For the process of revealing the needs of the users, we will need one person available from the user-base and one from the design team.
The person from the design team will, on the first two days, follow a person from the user-base in order to gain sufficient knowledge of the users challenges to make a first draft for user approval/alteration.
The remaining man-days will be spent in a precess of Evaluation<-->Evolution where the contact between the design team and the users will be limited to 2-3hour sessions.
The above assumes continuous documentation during the Evolution phase, where the design is also altered in accordance with users requirements.
