It is assumed that the users have multiple requirements that need implementation, and that these requirements are of a non trivial nature, thus the estimate is to a great extend a worst case scenario, however it still stands as our best estimate. The estimate is based on the time estimate of the time we will spend on the analysis of requirements and are thus '''HIGHLY''' uncertain.
