1. Iteration 4 followup
KFC will pick up on spent time in this iteration.
Finish and review test deployment scripts

Review documentation, guidelines and tasks
Reviews still missing:

Stakeholder analysis and communication plan
The work is finished, but we should report results to project group, and communication plan should be effectuated.
Risk assessment
Not finished. The rest is planned to be done tomorrow.
Talk to IT Department about storage reqs
Done. However, we still need an accept of the agreement from IT dept.
Release Test
Not done. KFC will run through test script when iteration is done.
2. Milestone 2 Iteration planning
This caused som discussion.
In the end we agreed that the follopwing would be a good first iteration, (we delayed the following two iterations):
- Salvaging the type system from the pre-analysis project
- Identifying properties of the Gentofte datamodel, and designing model
- Salvaging ingest-code from pre-analysis project, reviewing it, updating it, and removing validation code
- Introducing Jeppe and Asger to Fedora
3. Iteration 5
We agreed on starting iteration 5 this coming Monday. Asger and Jeppe will participate in the startup meetings.
KFC will prepare suggested actions.
4. Jeppe and Asger
MKE and KFC will try to put together an introductory presentation.
Jeppe and Asger should start out with some introductory guides and documentation as well as following some of the actions in DOMS.
