Interest in The DOMS Project

On the finished system, HelpDesk will provide first line of defense against end users having trouble with the DOMS.

Success Criteria

The interaction with the DOMS must be easy to understand and explain to the end users.

The DOMS project provides sufficient documentation to enable help desk to help the DOMS/Summa users.

Precautionary Measures

Involvment is required, especially towards the end of the project, and during early testing.
